Symeon Shimin

Symeon Shimin was an illustrator. He was born in Russia, then emigrated to the U.S. He illustrated books for many famous different authors, including Margaret Wise Brown, Joseph Krumgold, Elizabeth Coatsworth, Isaac Bashevis Singer, and Madeleine L’Engle.
