Free Members and Premium Members

In order to gain access to certain features within the Treasury of Great Children's Books, you must Register for Free Membership. During your registration, we will ask you for certain personally identifiable information, such as user name and email address. We will ask you to choose your password. From time to time, we may contact you, using that contact information, regarding our goods and services.

We make even more features available to those who Subscribe for Premium Membership. When you become a Premium Member, we will ask you for more personally identifiable information, such as full contact information, shipping address, telephone number, credit card or other payment information, billing address, and such.

Orders

If you place an order with us, and are not yet a Premium Member, we will need to ask you for the same personally identifiable information as for a Premium Member. We use that information to fill your order and for billing purposes. If we have difficulties processing your order, we will contact you using the information you gave us.

If we use Third-Party Business Partners to fill your order, we will provide them with only the information they need to process their portion of your order.

Sharing

We offer many ways for our Free Members and our Premium Members to communicate and share information, such as reviews, comments, forum postings and such. Any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily chose to include in a message to another user, or in a publicly accessible area at the Treasury of Great Children's Books, may be made available in a variety of publicly accessible areas and may identify you as the source of the information. As a result, any personally identifiable information you submit in this manner will be available to others who access that content. If you use our My Books feature, and you choose to share your lists with others, we may disclose your email address to those parties. If others decide to buy items for you from your List of Wants, we will need to provider them with your name and shipping address to ensure that their order is going to the correct person. We provide many links to other websites. When you click on those links, you are going to another website. We have no control over those websites or their handling of your personal information.

Surveys and contests

From time to time, we may request information via surveys or contests. Your participation is completely voluntary. You are free to participate or not. If you choose to participate, we may request personally identifiable information from you, such as name and shipping address, zip code or age. We will use the findings from the survey to monitor or improve our website, products and services. Commitment to children’s privacy online

The Treasury of Great Children's Books does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Treasury of Great Children's Books only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
