SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your Premium Membership for any reason, you can request that we cancel it. Your subscription fees will be refunded according to our Refund Policy (below):



MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Within your first 30 days. If you request to cancel within the first 30 days of when you began your monthly Premium Membership, your refund will be 100%. Contact Us to let us know. You will be remunerated on the credit card you provided us. 

After your first 30 days. If you request to cancel after the first 30 days of when you began your monthly Premium Membership, your refund will be prorated according to the unused portion of your current billing period. Contact Us to let us know. You will be remunerated on the credit card you provided us. 

  • Example: 15 days into 30-day month equals 50% used up, for a 50% refund.



ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

Within 30 days. If you request to cancel within 30 days of when you began your annual Premium Membership, your refund will be 100%. Contact Us to let us know. You will be remunerated on the credit card you provided us. 

From 31 days to 120 days. If you request to cancel from 31 days to 120 days of when you began your annual Premium Membership, your refund will beprorated according to the unused portion of your current billing period. Contact Us to let us know. You will be remunerated on the credit card you provided us.

  • Example: if you are four months into your 12-month subscription, you have already consumed 33% of your subscription. The remaining 66% will be refunded to you. 

More than 120 days. If you request to cancel your annual subscription more than 120 days after when you began it, your refund will be pro-rated according to the unused portion of your current billing period. Contact Us to let us know. We will mail a check to the physical address you provide us.
