Eva M. Kristoffersen

Eva Kristoffersen’s mother was Danish and she had a cosmopolitan education in europe, moving to the United States when she was twenty-one. She began working at the Princeton University Library, earned a scholarship and received a degree in library science. She married a fellow librarian and was living in Lincoln, Nebraska when she wrote A Bee in Her Bonnet. At the time of her death she was librarian of the Hartford, Connecticut Medical Society Library. She had one son, Kaj.
