Margaret Hodges

Sarah Margaret “Peggy” Hodges née Moore was an American writer of children’s books, a librarian, and a storyteller. Illustrator Trina Schart Hyman won the Caldecott Medal for the 1985 picture book Saint George and the Dragon, which was written by Hodges.
